Back on the scale…

Okay so I decided to get myself back into gear and lose some of that excess weight. I jumped onto a scale and its always such a depression event. I don’t know what I thought I would expect… I know I have been eating porrly and not working out at all, I guess I was hoping for a miracle. One can hope can’t they? 🙂

Well here it is…

Weight: 135 lb

I hope to loose about 15 pounds which will bring me down to 120 lb which is reasonable for my height (5’4”) So i will try my best to log my progress here. I am currently downloading a copy of Yourself Fitness!, I had a copy but have misplaced the second CD. So in the next few days I will have that all set up and I will start recording my measurments and what not. Wish me luck!!!
